What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing integrations across internal applications.
* Building and maintaining APIs and middleware solutions.

* Partnering with cross‑functional teams to harmonise systems and processes.
* Identifying integration risks or bottlenecks and leading mitigation efforts.
* Documenting integrations, processes and specifications for clarity and governance.
* Supporting ongoing optimisation and ensuring the reliability of our integration landscape.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and system workflows.
* Experience integrating business systems such as CRM, HRIS or Finance.
* Ability to analyse data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
* Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
* A structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
* (Bonus) Experience with middleware platforms or automation tools.
