We are seeking a Mobilisation Manager to act as the vital bridge between our Sustainability, Commercial/Bid, and Operations teams.
This role ensures that sustainability solutions developed during the bid stage are accurate, approved by the right experts, and ready for seamless delivery when new contracts go live.
It is a key position in guaranteeing that our commitments align with ISS standards, our Net Zero roadmap, and the expectations of our clients.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can coordinate subject matter experts, validate sustainability content for bids, and support successful mobilisation once contracts are awarded.
The Mobilisation Manager will take ownership of early‑stage planning, operational handover, and tracking of sustainability deliverables.
The role is collaborative, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills and experience across FM, sustainability, commercial, or operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the link between Sustainability, Commercial, and Bid teams to ensure alignment across bids and mobilisations.
* Review sustainability requirements for each bid and coordinate SMEs to define accurate solutions.
* Secure SME sign‑off on all sustainability content prepared by bid writers.
* Maintain and continuously improve standard sustainability responses and approved Vault content.
* Ensure sustainability messaging aligns with ISS’s value proposition, Net Zero roadmap, and product standards.
* Support the development of mobilisation plans, deliverables, and early‑life KPIs for newly won contracts.
* Coordinate a smooth handover process to Product Performance Managers and operational teams.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and issues throughout mobilisation and escalating when required.
* Track deployment progress, highlight challenges, and support resolution activities.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Experience coordinating bid or mobilisation activity within FM, sustainability, commercial, or operational environments.
* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with SMEs, bid teams, and operational leaders.
* Highly organised and detail‑focused, comfortable working in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, risks, and commercial impacts.
* Collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach.
* Understanding of sustainability services (desirable).
