Location: Manchester City Centre (with travel to Liverpool and other Northwest sites)

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

From wellness events and branded resident experiences to social led campaigns and creative partnerships, this role offers the opportunity to bring ideas to life and see the direct impact they have on our communities and brand.

For the right person, this role provides a platform to build a portfolio of creative marketing projects across property, wellness, hospitality and lifestyle experiences.

This role offers real responsibility including ownership of campaigns, marketing initiatives and revenue driving ideas such as events, partnerships and aparthotel activations.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute marketing tasks, but someone who actively contributes ideas, identifies opportunities and helps grow the LIVINGWAY brand and business.

LIVINGWAY is a design led Build‑to‑Rent operator creating communities where residents can Live How You Love. We combine exceptional homes, curated resident experiences, and wellness focused programming to create buildings that are vibrant, connected, and commercially successful.

As our portfolio and external services grow, marketing plays a critical role in shaping the LIVINGWAY brand, attracting residents, building partnerships, and positioning us as thought leaders within the Build‑to‑Rent sector.

You will be involved in everything from social media and brand storytelling to property marketing campaigns, PR opportunities, and industry visibility.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Content Marketing

* Support the development and delivery of the LIVINGWAY marketing strategy
* Create engaging marketing content aligned with the LIVINGWAY brand and tone of voice
* Manage and grow LIVINGWAY’s presence across social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels
* Assist in building the personal brand presence of LIVINGWAY leadership within the property sector
* Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital assets and campaign content
* Produce and monitor paid social campaigns
* Support website updates and digital content development


Property & Leasing Marketing

* Develop marketing campaigns to attract the right resident demographic to LIVINGWAY communities
* Manage marketing activity for property listings across portals and digital channels
* Support leasing teams with campaigns to drive enquiries, viewings and conversions
* Assist with the promotion of new developments, apartment launches and aparthotel offerings
* Track marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness


Wellness & Community Marketing

* Promote LIVINGWAY’s wellness programmes, events and community initiatives
* Support the promotion of resident events, wellness activations and programming across sites
* Create campaigns that highlight LIVINGWAY’s wellness‑led living experience
* Work alongside the Events & Programming Manager to maximise attendance and engagement
* Take ownership of the marketing and promotion of LIVINGWAY’s aparthotel offering, ensuring strong visibility and consistent bookings across key platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com and other short‑stay channels
* Manage and optimise listing content, imagery, descriptions and pricing positioning to maximise enquiries and conversion rates
* Work closely with the operations and front of house teams to ensure the guest experience aligns with the LIVINGWAY brand and marketing promise
* Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive bookings and increase awareness of the aparthotel offering
* Create and promote seasonal campaigns and themed stays, including events such as Valentine’s packages, Mother’s Day experiences, wellness weekends and special occasion stays
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue through social and experiential events, working alongside the Events & Programming Manager to host activations that attract both guests and the local community
* Monitor booking performance, occupancy rates and marketing ROI to ensure the aparthotel offering is commercially optimised
* Continually explore new creative marketing ideas to maximise the aparthotel as a revenue‑generating asset within the LIVINGWAY portfolio


PR & Industry Visibility

* Identify PR opportunities to promote LIVINGWAY within the Build‑to‑Rent and property sectors
* Support the creation of thought leadership content, articles and industry commentary
* Assist with media outreach and industry engagement
* Help promote LIVINGWAY’s presence at industry events such as conferences, networking events and exhibitions


Partnerships & Commercial Marketing

* Assist with marketing initiatives that support LIVINGWAY’s external operations and consultancy services
* Promote partnerships with local businesses and wellness providers
* Support campaigns aimed at activating external income opportunities within LIVINGWAY communities
* Assist with marketing materials for investor and developer engagement


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is driven, creative, commercially aware and excited about building a brand.

You should be someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership of projects.


Experience

* 3–6 years marketing experience
* Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
* Strong understanding of brand marketing and storytelling
* Experience in property, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands is beneficial but not essential


Skills & Attributes

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and presentation
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Commercially minded with an interest in business growth
* Comfortable working closely with leadership and contributing ideas
* Self‑motivated and proactive attitude
* Ambitious and motivated to grow their career within a fast growing company
