Consumer Insights & Strategy Manager - Drinks - 6 Month FTC
Up to £75,000 basic & benefits

This is one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry today. They've grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and a team of employees that strive to be their best every day and are HUGE ambassadors for this amazing business. They're now looking for someone to join their UK marketing team and this role could be the one for you!
You will be a key part of the Brand Team in the UK and be directly responsible for brand and consumer insights and strategy.
You will be responsible for tracking brand performance overall, initiating relevant consumer research studies, aligning with category and trade marketing teams and reporting insights and strategic recommendations back to the business to stakeholders at all levels.
As a member of the wider UK Brand Team, you will act as a guardian for the brand. The team are responsible for Brand Marketing, including: Advertising, Campaigns and Consumer Activations, Portfolio Initiatives, New Product Launches and Consumer Insights.
You are a self-starting strategic thinker who effectively manages multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You’re adept with numerical data and have a strong sense of empathy for UK consumers, particularly those with busy lives and big goals. You have an eye for detail, you enjoy following processes as well as finding creative solutions to interesting challenges.
Although this is a fixed term contract role for 6 months, if you come in and add value this business have numerous examples of where they have offered contractors permanent positions within the business so don't let this put you off! As an example, 3 of the 5 members in one team all started as FTCs and are still with the business today!
