What You’ll Be Doing
* Forging strong partnerships with our Estate Agency teams to turbocharge referrals
* Hunting down new clients and turning first conversations into lifelong relationships
* Guiding customers through every step of the mortgage journey with confidence and clarity
* Recommending tailored protection and mortgage solutions that truly fit each client
* Sharing best practices in branch huddles and fuelling a culture of continuous improvement
