As a Registered Nurse within Blair House, you will provide companionship and support to our residents, ensuring each day passes by with a smile on their face. You will advise and work closely with the Care Team to deliver high standards of bespoke and individualised care to our residents whilst ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
Blair House provides a stimulating, specialist environment for younger adults with a mental health diagnosis. As a member of our bank team, you will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts and maintain a rota that suits you and your family.
Every day will be different, meaning your work will not only be varied, but you will leave at the end of the day knowing you have made a positive difference to our residents' lives. You will create memories, have meaningful conversations, and provide love and laughter.
About You
To join our team, you must have a valid NMC PIN and a good knowledge of the most recent clinical practices. You will have the commitment and passion to deliver the highest standard of care. Above all else, you will have the drive to make a difference in a person's life.
