I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an Aftersales & Technical Support Manager to take ownership of all client technical enquiries and aftersales activity. This is a pivotal role within the business, acting as the key technical interface between customers and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly, resolved efficiently, and prevented from recurring. You will manage all incoming technical enquiries from clients, providing clear, professional and solutions-focused support. This will involve diagnosing issues remotely, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and where required, attending customer sites to carry out investigations. A key part of the role is identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement across the business.
