What we look for in an Bar Supervisor:
We are looking for a motivated & experienced Bar Supervisor to join and lead our team in our stylish, wet led pub. Be aware, we are open until 3am every night of the week. As the successful Bar Supervisor you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us. This is a hands on position, so be prepared to pull your fair share of pints.
We are looking for a minimum of 20 hours per week, but are open to more, especially during December.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience of working in a pub.
At present we are looking at an onboarding date in October, though this is flexible for the right candidate
