As a Revenues Officer based within our Revenues and Benefits service, you will deal with a wide range of Business Rates customers and internal departments.
You will communicate with customers via telephone and email, so excellent customer service skills, a clear and friendly telephone voice, and teamwork skills are essential. You will also update customers' accounts.
Note: Our positions are open to all applicants, but we cannot offer visa sponsorship. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK. If on a limited visa, a minimum of two years remaining is required.
This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act; appointment is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
Who are we looking for?
We seek a proactive, service-focused Officer to join our busy team to help enhance customer experience.
No prior Revenues experience is necessary; training will be provided covering service standards, systems, legislation, and processes.
