Responsibilities
* Lead strategic procurement activities for HVAC and Couplers across the fleet.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global procurement teams.
* Develop category strategy, supplier relationships, and contracting strategies.
* Drive value, risk management, and performance in procurement processes.
Qualifications
* Experience as Category Manager or similar procurement leadership role, preferably in rail or complex technical systems.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and coupling technologies is desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and global procurement.
