We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Korean Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Oversee all aspects of Korean restaurant operations, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
* Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Train and mentor staff in food preparation techniques, hospitality skills, and customer service excellence.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
* Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant within the community.
Experience
* Proven experience in a Korean restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Supervising experience is essential; previous team management roles are highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
* Previous experience in hotel or barista settings will be considered an asset.
