Your role:
1. To be an ambassasor for baking science with the concept team
2. Working closely with concept controllers to meet critical paths
3. Effectively work in the bakery test kitchen and ensure all ingredients meet tracebaility requirements
4. Work closely with the innovation team to ensure pipelines are secure for future cocepts
