The role:
You’ll act as a key link between operational priorities and digital capabilities, with a particular focus on home finance systems. Working alongside a variety of teams, you’ll gather insights, assess current practices, and suggest enhancements. You’ll create clear technical documentation, liaise with external partners to oversee solution delivery, and organise evaluation phases. Supporting users through transitions will also be part of your remit, helping them make the most of updated tools and features.

* Liaise with colleagues across departments to clarify change requirements.

* Produce clear, structured documentation to support project delivery.
* Support the deployment of digital tools and system enhancements.
* Organise quality assurance activities, including pre-launch evaluations.
* Maintain accurate records related to analysis, trials, and performance.
* Foster effective working relationships with key internal contributors.
* Deliver guidance and support to ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
* Remain up to date with relevant industry developments and guidance.
* Promote high standards of service through continuous review and refinement.
* Contribute to broader business initiatives as required.
