We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team based in Cheltenham. Your role as a Client Manager will be to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, support junior members of the team as well as office growth. Brief Job Description Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients, acting as the primary point of contact Reviewing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards Reviewing corporation tax computations and returns prior to submission Reviewing personal tax returns for accuracy and completeness Providing detailed feedback to Accounts Technicians and junior team members to support development and maintain quality standards Identifying training needs within the team and assisting with mentoring and technical support where appropriate Ensuring statutory accounts and tax returns are submitted in line with Companies House and HMRC deadlines Dealing with client queries via phone, email and in person where required Holding regular client meetings to review financial performance, discuss tax matters and identify planning opportunities Identifying and pitching additional services to existing and prospective clients Working collaboratively with other managers and team members to meet departmental and firm-wide targets Liaising with the Outsourcing and Management Accounts team to ensure delivery of a complete service to larger clients Working alongside Advisory and Specialist teams within the Group to identify opportunities and support wider advisory projects Monitoring workflow and managing deadlines across your client portfolio Diversity & Inclusion at bk plus At bk plus, inclusion and diversity are central to our values.
