Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety compliance.
5. Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty through updates on collections and capturing customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
