Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Leeds - Negotiable Salary & Package

Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices throughout Yorkshire now seek an experienced Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team at one of their extremely busy Leeds offices.

An experienced Case Carrier, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing team, where you will be given the opportunity to flourish with a huge amount of autonomy and plenty of ongoing CPD on offer.

The Person

* Either a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Must be able to commute to Leeds on a daily basis
* Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems
* Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach
* Must be confident in managing your own caseload


The Role

* Managing your own caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase
* Providing clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties
* Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
* Supervising junior team members
