Responsibilities
* You will join the kitchen brigade and enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and hazard free.
* You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieving departmental targets.
