We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with the requisite skills, knowledge, experience and expertise to join our existing team.
Due to service expansion, a new role has been developed to support the Pharmacy Homecare team and assist in the efficient running of this key service.
Main duties of the job
1. Support the Pharmacy Homecare team by contributing to the development and management of Homecare services, including the introduction/ launch of the CMM homecare module.
2. Manage the Homecare Diabetes Service, including patient funding, ordering, invoicing, clinic/patient queries and tracking orders.
3. Assist in the management of Homecare services, maintaining accurate patient records and effectively and efficiently reconciling invoices for payment, and resolving invoicing queries.
4. Lead Homecare audits and support with freedom of information (FOI) requests.
