Receptionist

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with excellent customer facing experience and interpersonal skills to work as a Receptionist within Emergency Department primarily at County hospital and with scope to work at Royal Stoke sites.
Main duties of the job
Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.
You ideally will have the experience of a customer focused role and be familiar with reception/administrative processes and practices. Experience of working within the NHS is desirable.You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
* GCSE\'s or equivalent to a grade C
Experience
* Admin and clerical or secretarial experience
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Knowledge and experience using microsoft office
* Previous experience within an acute care setting
* Knowledge of patient administration and other related systems
Skills
* experience using careflow and iportal
