Previous letting industry experience essential! We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced individual with exceptional instruction winning and new business development skills to take the lead in a thriving Wandsworth office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a motivated team, expand market share, and build strong relationships within the local and wider London property market. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Oversee all aspects of the lettings process from valuation to move-in. Manage, motivate, and develop a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets. Drive new business generation through networking and proactive outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers. Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company policies. Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic input to senior management. Represent the company at key local and industry events. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential lettings, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver results. Strong background in business development and client relationship management. Knowledge of high-end and new-build properties across London. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. ARLA qualification preferred but not essential. What's In It For You?
