What You'll Be Doing
1. Act as the prime engineering contact within agile delivery groups, providing technical leadership and driving engineering excellence
2. Lead and manage Engineering Scrum Masters, ensuring high performance and effective cross-functional collaboration
3. Drive technical compliance through defined KPIs, identifying risks and delivering timely resolutions
4. Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of engineering programme content aligned to strategic objectives
5. Manage and influence stakeholder communications, working closely with functional attribute leaders
6. Report engineering workstream progress, ensuring accuracy of key documentation (e.g. EBERs, AIMs, RMDV)
