Job Summary
We are recruiting two Data Analysts to join our Quality and Improvement Team to support the organisations developing a business intelligence function. Working with the Quality and Improvement Manager and other stakeholders you will play a key role in data capture and analysis, supporting the organisation’s evidence performance and helping to shape services for the short and longer term future. The role is full time (37 hours per week), working hybrid between our office in Pennywell Road, Bristol, and home, with potential travel to other sites in the South West.
Responsibilities
* Capture and analyze data to improve outcomes for people being supported by our services.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team and operations colleagues with analysis and presentation of information to internal and external audiences, including preparing data for the Board of Trustees.
* Develop and implement new systems for capturing and reporting information.
* Develop and maintain a range of organisational and service dashboards using InForm, Excel and PowerBI.
* Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to improve the capture, storage and use of data.
* Play a key part in the organisation’s journey to data maturity.

Essential Qualifications
* Experience of managing large data sets.
* Experience of implementing and improving data systems and processes.
* Delivering data‑driven projects in a team or multidisciplinary environment.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience presenting information to a range of audiences with different technical expertise.
* Experience working in NHS, Social Care or Mental Health services.
* Working in partnerships of multiple organisations with a common set of goals and KPIs.
