The role
Were recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team. Youll handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing clear, accurate and friendly support to customers. Youll manage all cases through Salesforce, so confidence with CRM systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails
- Log, track and resolve cases using Salesforce
- Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Follow company processes and service standards
About You- Experience in a busy customer service environment
- Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused
- Reliable, organised and a strong team player
