The role
This client-facing position involves leading the creative and production aspects of floral design for events, from concept development to on-site installation. You will collaborate with internal departments including client services, production, project management, and creative teams to deliver stunning floral event creations consistently!
About you
We seek a creative individual passionate about floral design and delivering exceptional events and experiences. You should have hands-on experience with large-scale floral installations as well as smaller bespoke setups, and stay updated on the latest industry trends. A thorough understanding of working with fresh florals in events is essential. You must be calm, capable, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of London venues is highly advantageous.
