CRM Database Manager Location: Moorgate, London (3 days office / 2 days WFH after probation) Salary: £45,000 Sector: Healthcare / Publishing / Digital Media We're working with a leading medical publishing brand known for its trusted, peer-reviewed content and commitment to raising the standard of healthcare across Europe and the US. With two growing brands and a highly collaborative marketing team, they are now looking for a CRM Database Manager to take full ownership of their CRM strategy and operations.
The Role This is a newly created position reporting into the Head of Marketing. You'll be the team's go-to HubSpot expert, taking ownership of their CRM system and processes across data management, segmentation, reporting, and compliance. You'll be responsible for improving the quality, performance, and structure of their CRM platform - driving marketing performance and ensuring GDPR best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a clean, compliant, and effective database
Lead segmentation and workflow optimisation within HubSpot
Provide performance insights to teams across Marketing, Content, Finance, Client Services, and Operations
Identify pain points within the platform or processes and propose solutions
Support both B2C and B2B teams with campaign delivery and lead management
Develop strategies to grow and nurture the database
Own reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders
What They're Looking For
Proven experience in CRM, database marketing or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (segmentation, workflows, reporting)
Strong communication and analytical skills
A values-driven approach - collaboration, ownership, and initiative are key
Confidence working with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership
Experience working with both B2B and B2C data is a bonus
Comfortable in a standalone CRM role with lots of autonomy
