This is an exciting post which will be based within the Children & Families Practice Education Team and will share the responsibility for the delivery of all strands of the Youth Transformation Pilot.
The Post will line manage Youth Workers and other Pilot staff to help us to achieve positive outcomes for young people 13 yrs+ The role will support the development of the Youth Workforce internally and across the voluntary and community sector and will help to develop Cornwall's Youth Work Curriculum and Quality Assurance Processes.
Working Pattern
Working 37 hours Monday to Friday with some occasional evenings
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need a JNC Qualification at Level 6+ and a minimum of 3 years experience of working with young people.
It will be helpful to have an understanding and knowledge of the Youth Workforce, including experience of training or assessing alongside experience of staff management & supervision
