Teaching Assistant (TA) Required with SEN Experience
We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a supportive and inclusive school environment located near Lewes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting student learning and development, particularly for those with Special Educational Needs.
As a TA, you'll work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide targeted support to individuals and small groups. What You'll Bring
* Teaching Assistant (TA) experience is essential.
* Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant ideally within a school setting.
* Significant experience and expertise in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* A strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
* The ability to lead lessons and manage a classroom effectively, under the guidance of a teacher.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the school's location.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
