Responsibilities
* Performing detailed inspections using CMM and other metrology equipment
* Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with specifications
* Investigating and resolving quality issues promptly and effectively
* Collaborating with production teams to drive improvements
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on quality performance
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a quality control role within manufacturing
* Strong CMM programming and operation skills
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerances
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and metrology software
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Benefits & Working Arrangements
* Night shift premium of 1.45
* Night shift hours: Mon-Weds (12 hours per shift), Thurs (6 hours) - total 42 hours per week (38 standard + 4 OT)
* Holiday allowance of 190 hours plus bank/public holidays
* Company pension with 6% employer contribution
* Possibility of overtime at x1.5 rate once skill level allows
