About the role Youll take the lead on a broad portfolio of audit engagements across a mix of sectors, working with limited companies, charities, and some specialist organisations. Theres full end-to-end responsibility on offerfrom planning through to sign-offso it suits someone confident managing audits independently. Youll also support junior team members, giving guidance and review as needed, while working closely with partners to ensure quality and consistency. Key duties Leading audits from planning through to completion Preparing and reviewing financial statements Managing and developing relationships with a diverse client base Supporting and mentoring junior audit staff Contributing to process improvements and quality control across the audit function RI Capabilities Key requirements ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) At least 3 years experience within an accountancy practice Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team Up-to-date knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset
