What you'll be doing: * Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of some of our large-scale transformation projects. * Managing the project scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources required for successful delivery. * Working with the business to define project goals, requirements and success criteria. * Working with vendors to ensure they are delivering to specification. About You You will have experience of working in a similar role with the following skills and experience: Essential: * Proven experience of successful project management delivery and understanding and best practice. * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time with a documented approach. * Confident in communicating with non-technical stakeholders, asking the right questions to uncover both the “what” and the “why” of business needs. * A collaborative approach – great with colleagues and external partners alike. * Proactive, hands-on, and able to juggle priorities effectively. * A passion for continuous improvement and learning.
