Job Title X3 Finance Support Consultant Job Description We're on the lookout for a passionate, customer-centric Support Consultant to join our team and provide functional support for the finance components within Sage X3. This includes, but is not limited to, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, VAT & Reporting (including Crystal Reports). In this role, you'll be providing outstanding service to our partners, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. You'll be more than just a problem-solver-you'll be an essential part of our mission to deliver high-quality content that empowers our partners to thrive. You'll be working alongside a mature, experienced team of six consultants, who are both accountable and welcoming while supporting the different areas of the Sage X3 product. This is a hybrid role - three days per week out of the Sage Winnersh Office Key Responsibilities Must Haves: • Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. month-end, year-end) and integration with other modules, for example, Distribution: Sales Ordering, Purchasing, Inventory. • Experience within a Support function - providing guidance, support, and solutions for customers. • Take the initiative to ensure customer issues are resolved proactively within SLA, with follow-up action plans if required • Ability to manage difficult and sensitive issues through excellent oral and written communication skills • Raising quality product defects with appropriate documentation and technical information to enable the recreation and resolution of a problem • Management of demanding customer situations and escalations - coordination and participation in conference calls, creation of solution documents and ensuring satisfactory solutions are provided • Contribute to the support organisation by documenting complex issues and resolutions via the Knowledgebase • Publishing of content to the Sage community hub for public consumption Sage Benefits: • Competitive base salary and commission structure • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage • Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year • On-going training and professional development • Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation • Flexible work patterns and hybrid working LI-VK1 Function Customer Operations Country United Kingdom Office Location Winnersh Work Place type Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you're supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
