Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Adviser to join their highly qualified and successful team. The successful candidate will provide expert financial advice and planning services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. This role involves analysing clients' financial situations, developing tailored strategies, and guiding them through various financial products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services and financial planning, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
Responsibilities
* Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance through detailed consultations.
* Develop customised financial plans covering investments, retirement, estate planning, tax optimisation, and insurance.
* Provide ongoing advice on financial products and investment opportunities aligned with clients' objectives.
* Monitor market trends and economic developments to inform client recommendations.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and financial plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalised service and regular reviews of their financial plans.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial services or related fields, with a strong background in financial planning.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to clients.
* Level 4 in Financial planning or equivalent.
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
* Ethical integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
