Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals, supporting them with daily activities, meals, medication, and routines
Assist clients during outings, walks, and activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
Create a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of care and support
Receive thorough induction and ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge in social care and healthcare
Required Skills & Experience
Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals
Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
Basic life support and first aid training desirable, but not essential
