We’re a small but growing social and content marketing agency, and honestly… I need help.
I’m looking for someone organised, proactive, and systems-minded to help support the sales and operations side of the business - everything from proposals and contracts to keeping leads moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll help with:
A mix of sales support, systems, and agency ops, including:
* Preparing proposals, contracts and SOWs
* Sending proposals and managing follow-ups
* Tracking leads and opportunities
* Supporting outbound and inbound lead systems
* Helping manage CRM / pipeline organisation
* Coordinating client onboarding
* Setting up new projects in our systems
* Keeping documents, folders and processes organised
About you
You are:
* Extremely organised
* Proactive and reliable
* Comfortable working independently
* Good with systems, documents and spreadsheets
* Like talking to people!
* Interested in marketing, agencies, or startups
