Location: Nottingham
Salary: GBP28,000 : GBP35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who provide specialist design services to residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to work on a range of mixed:use and student accommodation projects for their Nottingham offices.

Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include
* Manage and deliver on various projects within the residential sector
* Prepare and submit UK building regulation packages and planning applications
* Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technician
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a technician
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Experience working on residential projects
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Drivers license
* Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
