Shift Patterns:
Service 1:
* 07:00–14:30
* 14:00–22:00
* Waking nights: 21:30–08:00
Service 2:
* 07:00–22:00
* 08:30–08:30 (24-hour support)
* Waking nights: 22:00–07:00

What We’re Looking For:
* A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
* Experience in care is helpful, but not essential — full training provided
