Your new role
This corporate partner role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work. This will include M&A, reorganisations and demergers. Joining an established but expanding corporate team, you will play a key role in practice development initiatives as well as in helping to develop and mentor more junior members of the team. The firm has a strong client list that includes a mix of SMEs as well as larger corporates.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced corporate lawyer operating at partner level. You should be well connected and you will ideally have some form of client following.
