Role Responsibilities:
* Providing sound and commercially minded employment advice across a diverse client base, including central government, manufacturing, retail, and media organizations.
* Managing your own caseload while supporting partner leads in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Advising on equalities obligations, internal disciplinary processes, and TUPE regulations.
* Supporting business development and delivering training on various employment issues.
