Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
33 days annual leave plus birthday off (including bank holidays)
6 flexi days per year (can be used as additional leave)

Support the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of sectors
Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documentation, and valuations
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors
Attend site visits and project meetings across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
Assist in procurement, contract administration, and final account processes
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Experience within the public or private sectors advantageous
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
