Your Impact
The Senior People Partner will act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, leading people-related activities across the Consortium. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, effective and compliant HR practices across Partner organisations, while fostering a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture.
Working in a complex, multi-partner and international environment, the Senior People Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support, acting as the key point of contact for cross-organisational people matters.
What you will do as a Senior People Partner
1. Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organisational objectives.
2. Maintain and oversee role profiles, workforce planning and resourcing frameworks across the Consortium.
3. Support the design and delivery of performance management processes, including KPIs, objective setting and appraisal cycles.
4. Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance concerns and workplace issues, ensuring appropriate escalation to employing Partners.
5. Coordinate learning, induction and shared development initiatives across Partner organisations.
6. Lead cultural alignment and employee engagement initiatives, including behaviour standards and engagement surveys.
7. Support international mobility and relocation activities in collaboration with Partner HR teams.
8. Promote employee wellbeing, compliance, and health & safety standards at HQ.
What you'll bring
9. Experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role
10. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior leaders
11. Degree or professional qualification in HR or a related field (e.g. CIPD)
12. Experience working in international or matrix organisations
13. Knowledge of UK and international employment legislation
14. Strategic HR partnering and organisational development
15. Performance, talent and capability management
16. Employee relations and compliance
17. Change management and influencing skills
18. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional judgement
