Job Description: eCommerce Analyst

Role Overview
The eCommerce Analyst will support and manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform, integrated within our core CMS and downstream systems like Commerce and POS. The role includes supporting the Vehicle Configurator application and acting as the IT liaison for eCommerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the eCommerce systems, ensuring platform availability and handling support requests
* Serve as the primary IT contact for eCommerce tickets and queries
* Translate support requirements into business solutions and coordinate with support teams
* Collaborate with eCommerce support suppliers to deliver fixes and improvements
* Maintain relationships with the eCommerce Product Owner to align deliverables with priorities
* Assist the Digital Delivery team with change management and new functionality integration
* Enhance operational processes supporting digital activities
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with eCommerce platforms and CMS frontend solutions
* Proven ability to manage support ticket queues and operational processes
* Desirable: Experience with OEM Vehicle Configurators and Global Payment Gateways
* Strong requirement analysis and stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Attention to detail and quick learning of complex requirements
* Experience in digital change delivery teams
* Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Scaled Agile) and Waterfall methodologies
* Understanding of development practices and testing strategies
* Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools like DevOps, SharePoint, and Project
