About You
You should be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and follow recipes accurately. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you’ll be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
