The OpportunityAs an AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of data, engineering, and artificial intelligence to build practical, scalable solutions that deliver real business value.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI-enabled applications that support analytics, automation, and insight generation.This role suits someone who enjoys:

Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & Development
4. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, datasets, and data models
5. Support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven use cases
6. Work with both structured and unstructured data sources
AI & Machine Learning
7. Develop and deploy machine learning models for:PredictionClassificationAutomationInsight generation
8. Support the full life cycle from experimentation through to production
Generative AI & LLM Applications
9. Develop AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs)
10. Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques
11. Build use cases such as:ChatbotsDocument processingAI copilotsWorkflow automation
Data Integration & Quality
12. Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
13. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

15. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Testing, Monitoring & Optimisation
16. Implement testing, validation, and monitoring processes

Skills & ExperienceEssential
21. Experience in a similar role (AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Developer)
22. Strong programming skills (Python, SQL or similar)
23. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
24. Working with structured and unstructured data
Desirable
25. Experience with machine learning frameworks ( TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
26. Exposure to Generative AI tools/frameworks ( LLMs, LangChain)
27. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
28. Familiarity with data platforms, data warehouses, or big data technologies
