Are you an experienced administrator, good with IT and data, and able to supervise a team in the delivery of an effective service supporting students and staff?
This role involves overseeing the essential functions handled by the Careers, Employability and Skills team, such as event scheduling, room bookings, Moodle and web updates and data reporting on student engagement, with an eye to service efficiency and continuous improvement.
As Administration Coordinator you can expect to get involved in
* supervising and supporting the wider administration team
* producing and maintaining reports and statistics
* providing first line support for student and staff enquiries
* contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes
What will you bring to the role?
* significant experience in an administrative role in a busy office or educational environment
* excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word and database systems, and experience of using reporting tools and analysing engagement data
* proven ability to supervise or coordinate work of others
* experience coordinating meetings or events
