Applications are invited for the post of Support Audio Typist/Clerical Officer within the Medicine Directorate at Perth Royal Infirmary.

We are looking for an individual who can undertake audio typing and clerical duties. You should have accurate keyboard skills along with excellent communication skills and experience of general office duties. The ability to work within a team environment is essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in medical record processing/hospital IT systems would be advantageous.

You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment. Information on the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations can be found on NHS Tayside microsite on Staffnet Our Websites Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 16 hours per week Monday and Tuesday

Salary Scale: £25,694 - £27,900 pro rata
