Right now, The Chamberlayne is a much‑loved, cosy local in the heart of Eastleigh, Hampshire. With a strong community feel, it offers:

* Darts, pool & a 4‑week 501 tournament
It’s currently delivering £8,000 per week as a 100% wet‑led venue — already a solid performer with plenty of headroom for growth.
