Role HighlightsAs a Domestic & Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include: Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant This Role will initially be a domestic role with the potential to also turn into a care role so experience in care would be extremely desirable. Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate. About You A caring personality and the want to make a difference to people’s lives! Experience of domestic cleaning would be ideal or experience of working in a customer care or service role in a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or even caring for a family member. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning Considerate, patient and professional Clear and confident communication skills Be friendly and approachable A hardworking diligent nature and good time keeping Providing personalized support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
