Waking Nights Residential Support Worker

Nottingham

Children's Residential Care

Full time

Permanent

At YMCA Robin Hood Group, we provide warm, loving homes across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire where looked-after children receive the therapeutic care they need to heal and thrive.

As a not-for-profit organisation, children are always our priority. Our unique, psychologically-informed care model sets us apart, putting their well-being before profit every time.

Some of our children may find night-times particularly difficult and need additional support each evening. A familiar face can provide a reassuring presence with the additional bonus of night-time games and activities to try to create a relaxing, calm and safe environment for children the fall asleep.

We’ll also invest in you — offering the training, support, and development you need to deliver exceptional care. From in-house learning to clear career pathways, we’re here to help you grow as far as your ambition takes you.
