Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's range of window solutions, including energy-efficient uPVC, timber, and sash windows. * Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations. What We Are Looking For: * Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the home improvement or construction sector. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. * Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. * Self-Motivation: Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge: Understanding of the window and glazing industry, including product specifications and installation processes.
