You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a production team, ensuring outputs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is a strong fit for those leaving or who have served in - REME / Royal Engineers / Royal Signals technical trades, RAF engineering or avionics roles, Royal Navy engineering branches, Senior NCOs or supervisors responsible for equipment, workshops, or teams
If you’re used to - Leading small teams in high-pressure, output-driven environments, maintaining equipment to strict standards and procedures, working within safety-critical or regulated environments, managing priorities, resources, and deadlines effectively…you’ll transition well into this role.
What We’re Looking For

It would be desirable to have experience in regulated sectors (e.g. defence, aerospace, medical), exposure to Lean / continuous improvement methodologies, familiarity with ERP/MRP or digital production systems, Formal engineering or technical qualifications.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative engineering team where standards matter, but people are trusted and developed. The organisation places strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with a culture that will feel familiar to those from a military background.
